Program Summary – SAKHI Utpadan Samiti
Sakhi, a flagship CSR initiative of Hindustan Zinc (Vedanta Group), empowers rural women in Rajasthan and Uttarakhand through sustainable livelihoods. Since 2016, it has mobilized thousands into Self Help Groups (SHGs), fostering entrepreneurship and economic participation.

Established in 2018 as an ISO 9001-certified enterprise, Sakhi Utpadan Samiti offers over 200 textile and 70+ food products through a growing network of 250 retail stores.

Through its brands—heartswithfingers, DaiChi, and Upaya Sakhi—it connects women artisans directly to markets, enabling consumers to make responsible purchases that benefit the makers.

Committed to inclusivity, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, Sakhi strengthens rural value chains and promotes economic independence and dignity for women in its communities.

Position Summary:
The Quick Commerce Executive will be responsible for driving and managing SAKHI’s presence across leading quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, JioMart, and Minute. The role focuses on ensuring brand visibility, optimizing product listings, driving sales growth, and building strong platform relationships to promote SAKHI’s range of pickles, spices, and pulses — all produced by women-led micro enterprises under the SAKHI Utpadan Samiti initiative.

This position demands a data-driven, agile professional who can bridge brand storytelling with digital merchandising and operational excellence, while supporting the broader mission of women’s economic empowerment and sustainable livelihood creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and product performance across all quick commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate product listings, updated pricing, descriptions, and images in coordination with internal teams.
  • Monitor stock levels, fulfillment timelines, and address order or delivery-related issues proactively.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and offers in collaboration with platform partners.
  • Track competitor activities and consumer trends to refine product positioning and assortment strategy.
  • Ensure product quality, packaging, and labeling are aligned with quick commerce and FSSAI standards.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure brand storytelling and communication consistency across digital storefronts.

Strategic Partner Management

  • Build and nurture partnerships with key account managers at Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, JioMart, and Minute.
  • Negotiate visibility campaigns, in-app placements, and joint promotions to enhance brand reach and conversion.
  • Coordinate product onboarding, catalog management, and compliance requirements with each platform.
  • Analyze platform performance data to optimize pricing, visibility, and promotional ROI.
  • Maintain a quarterly business review cadence with each platform partner to align on growth goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment accuracy.
  • Partner with Finance for revenue reconciliation, payments, and promotional settlements.
  • Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure consistent storytelling, digital branding, and customer engagement.
  • Support women entrepreneurs by sharing insights on consumer trends and helping align production to market demand.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales volume, order fill rate, platform ROI, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making and monthly business reviews.
  • Analyze sales trends, pricing performance, and promotional effectiveness across quick commerce channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Certification or coursework in Digital Marketing / E-commerce Operations preferred.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce account management, preferably with FMCG or food products.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or JioMart will be a strong advantage.
  • Prior exposure to micro enterprises, women-led ventures, or social sector brands is desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of quick commerce ecosystems, merchandising, and platform analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
  • Passion for social impact, women’s empowerment, and sustainable enterprise growth.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is commensurate to industry standards and will be determined based upon experience set of the candidate and the HR policies of the organization.
